Adrian is our NHS Payment by Results and HRG guru. He is passionate about improving health outcomes and organisation performance through the use of business analytics and process re-design. Adrian is always on the look-out to introduce new techniques, analytical approaches, or models of care with his clients.
Outside of work, Adrian can be found attempting to keep fit through playing football and squash, and planning his next trip to a warm and sunny destination.
