maxwell stanley have commenced a 12 month clinical activity recording and coding transformation programme at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust.
We will be leading a programme of change in the areas of; patient safety, data quality, clinical engagement, service/team development and strategic planning – ultimately this programme will deliver additional performance improvements and sustainable cost efficiencies throughout the organisation.
Importantly, as we do with all our clients, we have adopted a partnership approach to ensure that this transformation is an Invest-to-Save project where, skill-sets, knowledge and new processes are gradually embedded within the Trust’s teams in order to continue to manage and deliver sustainable improvements once maxwell stanley’s involvement in the project is complete.
