maxwell stanley are currently recruiting ACC Qualified Clinical Coders to join our team as Trainee Clinical Coding Auditors and to be automatically enrolled on our ACC to Auditor Programme.
Our ACC to Auditor Programme is the first programme of it’s kind launched within the Clinical Coding industry, providing an innovative and unique approach to supporting ACC Clinical Coders transition to a Qualified Clinical Coding Auditor.
The Programme provides our Trainee Auditors with the opportunity to gain invaluable practical experience of partaking in Clinical Coding Reviews and Audits whilst working alongside our qualified Auditors to receive pro-active, one-to-one guidance and support.
Our Trainee Auditors will benefit from tailored mentoring and will attend in-house workshops and courses focusing on the development of essential attributes required of an Auditor in the industry today; in addition to completing the mandatory courses as stipulated by NHS Digital.
With the growing recognition that NHS Digital are, understandably, expecting candidates to demonstrate refined Auditor skillsets and advanced knowledge of Clinical Coding standards and regulations in order to qualify, we are revolutionising the methods by which all of this can be attained.
